Alice Merton is a German-Canadian-British singer-songwriter who achieved global recognition with her debut single “No Roots”, a viral hit inspired by her nomadic upbringing and later topping charts worldwide. She released the EP “No Roots” in 2017 before issuing her debut album “Mint” in 2019, which included further singles such as “Why So Serious” and “Funny Business”. Alongside her solo success, she also served as a coach on The Voice of Germany, becoming the first female coach to win the series. She continued evolving her sound with the 2024 EP “Heron” and is preparing to release her third album “Visions” in 2026.
