Benny Benassi is an Italian DJ and producer regarded as a pioneer of electro house, who broke internationally with the hit “Satisfaction” and released his debut solo album “Hypnotica” in 2003. He began DJing with his cousin Alessandro as Benassi Bros and earlier scored hits under the name KMC before Hypnotica brought wider recognition. Benassi continued producing and remixing for international artists, founded the Pump-Kin Music label in 2005 and later won a Grammy in 2008 for his remix work.
