Dúné were a Danish rock band from Skive known for their live performances and a sound blending electronic rock with influences from 1980s pop and 1970s post-punk. They were formed in 2001 by schoolmates Mattias Kolstrup, Malte Aarup-Sørensen and Simon Troelsgaard. Their debut album “We Are In There You Are Out Here” was released across Europe and Japan, certified platinum in Denmark and accompanied by extensive tours supporting acts such as Muse, Foo Fighters, Fall Out Boy and Panic at the Disco. They followed with the albums “Enter Metropolis,” “Wild Hearts” and “Delta,” remaining a major live act in Denmark until their split in 2018.
