Kraak & Smaak is a Dutch trio from Leiden consisting of Mark Kneppers, Oscar de Jong and Wim Plug, active since 2003 and known for their mix of electronica, disco, house and funk. Their debut album “Boogie Angst” appeared in 2005, followed-up by “Plastic People” in 2008, producing the hit single “Squeeze Me” and raising their reputation through international touring, a live performance on Jimmy Kimmel’s show and praise from artists such as Kanye West. They continued with the albums “Electric Hustle,” “Chrome Waves,” “Juicy Fruit,” and numerous remixes and singles. The group built a strong festival presence with performances at Glastonbury, Pinkpop, Lowlands, Sziget and Coachella.
