Masterplan
Germany
Masterplan is a German power metal group formed in 2002 by former Helloween members Roland Grapow and Uli Kusch, alongside vocalist Jørn Lande, bassist Jan S. Eckert, and keyboardist Axel Mackenrott. Their debut album "Masterplan", released in 2003, produced by Andy Sneap, confirmed the band’s melodic yet heavy sound and earned critical acclaim across Europe. The group also toured with HammerFall and became a defining act in modern European power metal. In a nod to their roots, their 2017 album PumpKings reimagined songs originally written for Helloween.
