Myslovitz is a Polish indie rock band formed in 1992 and named after the Silesian city Mysłowice, noted for influences ranging from American college rock to British shoegaze and for a film-inspired aesthetic across their work. Their early self-titled debut received strong critical praise and by 1998 they were touring abroad, later releasing Korova Milky Bar in 2002 with an English edition distributed in many countries. Later releases included experimental work such as “Skalary, mieczyki, neonki” in 2004. The band remained influential in Poland’s music scene and continued releasing albums into the 2010s.
