Saybia are a Danish alternative rock band known for their songwriting and emotionally direct sound. Formed in the late 1990s, the band recorded and self-released a series of EPs before signing with EMI in 2001. Their debut album “The Second You Sleep”, released in 2002 and recorded in Sweden, reached number one in Denmark and exposed the band to audiences across Northern Europe. Saybia followed with the studio albums “These Are the Days”, released in 2004, and “Eyes on the Highway”, released in 2007, both recorded partly in their own Copenhagen studio and continuing their rise across European charts. They later returned with “No Sound from the Outside”, released in 2015.
