15 new nominees for 2025 announced!

“Top o' the mornin' to ya” from Dublin! At Ireland Music Week, we've just announced 15 new emerging artists to claim an MME Award. Curious who they are? Keep readin'!

Celebrating the extraordinary talents emerging from the European music landscape, the 15 new nominees are set to take centre stage and captivate audiences worldwide. And they're not the only ones. In the past 20 years Adele, girl in red, Disclosure, Zaho de Sagazan, Stromae, Ralphie Choo, ROSALÍA, Dua Lipa, Hozier and Christine and the Queens won an MME Award - among others.

And now for the crowning moment, we proudly present the fifteen nominees for the Music Moves Europe Awards 2025: Boko Yout (SE), Daniela Pes (IT), Hillari (NO), Joalin (FI), Judeline (ES), Kingfishr (IE), Loverman (BE), Maella (CZ), Mina Okabe (DK), Naomi Sharon (NL), Night Tapes (EE), UCHE YARA (AT), Woomb (BG), Yamê (FR) and Zimmer90 (DE).

Prize package

There are three ways for each nominee to win an Award. There's an MME Award, a Grand Jury Award and a Public Choice Award. Five artists will be selected as winners by an international jury and one artist will be chosen for the Grand Jury Prize. And the Public Choice Award? Music fans across Europe can now vote to choose the winner of that precious prize!

Revealing the winners

All winners will be revealed at the Awards Ceremony on Thursday 16th of January 2025 at Eurosonic (ESNS) in Groningen, the Netherlands. The nominees are also invited to play in front of bookers and other music industry professional at the showcase festival to gain festival slots for the summer. And last but not least, they're invited for a full day of education with the best practices in the music industry, organised by ESNS and the partners of the MME Awards: Liveurope, Yourope, Live DMA, IMPALA, Digital Music Europe, ICMP-CIEM, International Music Managers Forum (IMMF) and European Music Exporters Exchange (EMEE).
